PROJECT OVERVIEW

NIS was retained by the City of Kent for several projects, including:
Cable infrastructure wiring standards and designs for the police station, six fire stations, a senior center, and the Kent Commons, and project management for the cable infrastructure installations for all eight facilities.

Assisted in the development of bid specifications and oversaw the procurement process of the power station infrastructure.

Development of bid specifications and bid documents, development of the RFP and qualifications of bidders, evaluation of bids received, recommendations of contractors, and project management for the complete installation of the cable infrastructure for the City’s Centennial Building Design of the emergency control center Design of the cabling infrastructure and project management for the cabling installation for the Kent Corrections Center
