Throughout construction, we can work alongside you to optimize submittal packages and RFIs. 

WHAT TO EXPECT.

Contract Document Assessment
  • We review the full set of contract documents, including architectural floor plans, elevation drawings, electrical and mechanical building plans, product information sheet, and Division 27 and 28 specifcations. Our technical designers check those against national standards, local codes, best practices, project objectives, and your client’s standards.
Review of Findings
  • We meet face-to-face with your project manager or construction superintendent to review our findings and provide in-depth recommendations you can act on. You can take it from there, or reconnect for guidance throughout the construction process.
Construction
  • As part of your construction team, our experts draft your RFIs and follow through on them. When your subcontractors send in their submittal packages, we review those for compliance before delivery to the client and architect team for approval.

Pricing .

We offer a fixed fee based on project type for contract document assessment and review of findings. If you choose to engage us in the construction phase, you can expect a consistent monthly invoice amount that covers our ongoing support.
