- Our team assesses physical infrastructure, systems, and documentation. We also interview users and/or technical staff.
Evaluation: Comprehensive and Relevant
- We check our findings against national standards, code compliance, best practices, project objectives, and your organization’s own standards and values.
Strategy: Focused and Actionable
- We prepare a prioritized roadmap, including both an at-a-glance overview and in-depth technical information.
- We review the executive summary in real time with your stakeholders, facilitate Q&A, listen for their perspective, and offer additional explanations.
- We finalize and deliver our roadmap.
This process typically takes 4 weeks to complete for a headquarter or main site. Additional buildings extend that timeline by just 1-2 weeks each.
